Yuridia Martinez, who was hospitalized in critical condition, died from her injuries, police officials said Tuesday.

Yuridia Martinez is s second student who has died after a 57-year-old man is accused of striking a group of six students outside an Oklahoma high school with his pickup truck on Monday.
Moore Public Schools officials confirmed that a student who died at the scene was senior Rachel Freeman, a cross-country runner who wanted to go to college to major in physical therapy.
Sgt. Jeremy Lewis, with the Moore Police Department, told our sister station KOCO that they received a call around 3:30 p.m. about a collision involving pedestrians near the school, located near Main Street and Eastern Avenue. Officers learned that a driver in a red pickup truck struck six students and fled the scene.
Dustin Horstkoetter, director of safety at Moore Public Schools, said the students who were struck were track and cross-country students on a regular run outside the school.
“Our hearts are heavy in Moore Public Schools as we process this tragedy that is unbearable to comprehend,” district officials posted to social media. “This evening and as we move forward through this unthinkable tragedy, please keep our students, staff and families in your thoughts and prayers. Our deepest condolences are with the Freeman family during this time.”
Two other students, Joseph White and Shiloh Hutchinson, were said to be in fair condition.
Another victim, Ashton Baza, has been discharged from the hospital, according to hospital officials.
Suspect Arrested and Charged
Townsend was arrested on complaints of first-degree manslaughter and six counts of leaving the scene of an injury accident.
Townsend showed signs of impairment during the field sobriety test, police said.
Townsend was booked into the Cleveland County jail on complaints of manslaughter and six complaints of leaving the scene of crash.
