Will Youngs Twin Rupert Young Wiki, Will Youngs Twin Rupert Young Biography

Rupert, 41, had spoken about his struggles with depression and alcoholism in the past.
A spokesperson for the Young family said they have been left wracked by grief over their loss.
A friend told The Sun: “Will’s relationship with Rupert had been tough over the years at times, and they had both spoken about the mental health problems which had made it challenging.
“But there were hopes he had turned a corner and they are a very loving family – and utterly devastated by his passing.”
Rupert was diagnosed in 2005 with dysthymia, a depressive mood disorder.
He had previously said that he was struggling to experience the shadow of his famous brother.
Speaking to The Telegraph in 2008, Rupert said, “I woke up one morning and turned on the TV. Richard & Judy had William, who gave the greatest performance of one of his songs.
“I spent the night in a parking lot with a bum before I cut myself.
“It seemed strange to me that the two genetically identical people could behave in such different ways.
“I noticed that something went terribly wrong. But I didn’t know what, why, and anyone else.
Rupert said he had been hospitalized more than ten times.
“I have seen the best doctors and psychiatrists in the country, but the mental health system here is overloaded … In fact, I have never been fully evaluated.
“They told me I was just an addict and that’s why I became as I am,” he said.
A spokesman for Will confirmed this evening: “I can confirm that Will’s brother died unfortunately.
“We want to request privacy for Will and his family at this very difficult and sad time.”
Shooting for fame at Pop Idol in 2002, Will said he previously went into “survival mode” to support his twin brother over his troubles. However, as Rupert’s life settled, Will later said he faced the reality of fame.
“It was always me who was weeding my brother and it was easier than taking care of myself,” said Will.
“I thought I was coping well .. but I was afraid to go out and meet people. I was loony entering the hermit pop-star mode. ”
In 2012, Will was diagnosed with PTSD and entered a trauma clinic for six months.
Four years later, he managed to play in Strictly Come Dancing three weeks later in 2016.
Will later said that he made his decision after struggling with his mental health and that he was sure he did the right thing as “there is nothing worse than being trapped.”
