Tyler Charles Gerth Shot Dead

The official said that 27-year-old Tyler Charles Gerth from Louisville died after being shot in Jefferson Square Park in downtown Louisville. The Courier-Journal reported that Gerth’s godfather was an avid photographer and vocal supporter of protests, a columnist in the newspaper.

Shooting Videos

In the video of the shootings shown during the news conference, Lopez was surrounded by several before the shootings were made, and people were scrambled to hide. Then, in a video published on social media, at least one person was shown to have plenty of bleeding on the floor.

Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer fired a gun after the suspect started firing, but said no one was shot.

“I know the sadness of those who organized and participated in peaceful protests for racist justice, whether they were there during the shooting or not. This is definitely not what they want or what any of us wants. ” “We cannot allow this dream to move our vision of the city independently of a single track.”

For nearly a month, protesters have been demanding the charges of officers involved in the death of Breonna Taylor. Taylor, a 26-year-old black woman, was killed by a police officer who ordered an order not hit in her home in Louisville in March. One of the officers was fired recently.

Shooting Victims

Shots on Saturday were at least second during the protests. When gunfire broke out near the Town Hall, seven people were injured to make a statement from Taylor’s mother asking people to ask for justice “without harming each other”.

Gerth’s family said that he was “incredibly kind, compassionate and generous, with deep faith and belief.”

It was this sense of justice that prompted Tyler to be a part of peaceful demonstrations, advocating the destruction of systemic racism in the systems of our society, the family told the Courier Journal.

The protesters, held in the park on Sunday, said that Lopez was a familiar face around the protests, but sometimes it was a problem. Julie Sullivan, who was close to the corner where the shooter fired, said Lopez was asked to leave early on Saturday.

Sullivan said he heard eight gunshots that would otherwise open a quiet demonstration day. He saw some children nearby and shouted at them to crawl towards him.

“I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and I hope I haven’t experienced anything like that again,” Sullivan said.

Schroeder said that the man has been participating in protests since he started and has been arrested several times. The arrest quote said that Lopez was born in 1996, but does not list any driver’s license numbers or home addresses outside of Louisville.

“The other members of the park have been asked to leave again and again because of their destructive behavior,” Schroeder said, Lopez.

Protesters were allowed to continue gathering on Sunday, although the police said it was forbidden to camp and cook overnight. They also took off the tents and told the protesters that they could collect them separately.

John Kriner knelt on the field for about 30 minutes to pray for peace. He said this was his first visit.

“I just want peace and quiet,” Kriner said.
