Sonam Saxena, of Bellevue, Washington, was arrested Wednesday after the body of a woman thought to be his missing wife Smriti Saxena, 41, was found on the shoreline near Anaehoomalu Bay. Police later confirmed it was her body.
On Wednesday, troubled Google item director Sonam Saxena addressed a nearby Hawaii paper, arguing for help in discovering his missing spouse.

The body of a woman thought to be his missing wife Smriti Saxena, 41, was found on the shoreline near Anaehoomalu Bay. Police later confirmed it was her body.

Before his arrest, Saxena had slammed cops for not answering his calls to them about his missing wife.

Saxena has not tweeted again since his release.
Charges and Arrested

An autopsy was conducted, but more testing is needed to determine her exact cause of death.
Police said Smitri Saxena went missing Tuesday around 10:30 p.m., after last being seen with her husband at the Lava Lava Beach Club in Waikoloa.
He told West Hawaii Today his wife suffered an asthma attack Tuesday night and he went back to the hotel to pick up her inhaler. When he returned, she was nowhere to be found.
Before his arrest, Sonam Saxena tagged Hawaii’s governor in a tweet, complaining that Big Island police would not take his calls.
Sonam Saxena works for Google, and he told the newspaper that he and his wife have two children.
Smriti, a 41-year-old business program director for Microsoft, was most recently seen on Tuesday night at the Lava Beach Club in Waikoloa, police said. Her significant other, a 43-year-old who works in Google’s Seattle office as the head of the item for Google’s Cloud Deployment Manager, said they’d gone for a walk to the seashore soon after.
He revealed to West Hawaii Today that he was “upset” when he returned from getting the asthma inhaler to discover his significant another missing. He said he hurried back to the inn to check on the off chance that she’d come back to the room before calling 911.
