Sherwin Bruce Seed is the Washington man accused of pulling a gun inside a grocery store and threatening another shopper with it during an argument over masks. The incident happened on July 16 at a Fred Meyer store in Tumwater, Washington.
The argument asked a second man, unmasked Seed, to cover his face “like us” according to the Heavy possible cause statement taken from the Perton County prosecutor’s office. Seed said he believed that the coronavirus pandemic was a scam and threatened to shoot the man if he could not “get” it.
Tumwater Police Department Seed said that when the officers arrived at the market, he resisted arrest and eventually wrestled him on the ground. A witness knocked Seed down because the officers handcuffed him.

But the victim continued to argue with Seed about why it was important and eventually laughed at Seed. The complaint states Seed then pulled a .22 caliber revolver and pointed it at the man’s chest. Seed told the man, “Get the f*** away” and threatened to shoot the man if he did not back off.
There is a statewide mandate in Washington requiring people to wear masks in public. The order from the Department of Health went into effect on June 26. The governor has also instructed business owners to enforce the mandate. The proclamation states: “No business may operate, allow a customer to enter a business, or conduct business with a customer inside any building that is open to the public or outdoors in a public place unless the customer is wearing a face covering.”

The seed was arrested and reserved for Thurston County Correction Facility on the afternoon of July 16. The next day, he appeared remotely in front of Judge Carol Murphy at the Thurston County Supreme Court. The judge officially accused Seed of resisting arrest, as well as second and third-degree attacks. Bail was set at $ 50,000. The next hearing of Seed is scheduled for July 28.

Seed Owned a Company Called ‘Angry Old Man Game Studio’

According to Washington Foreign Minister records, Seed ran a video game company called “Angry Old Man Game Studio”. He registered the company as a non-profit organization with the government in 2015.
He wrote that the purpose of the non-profit organization in the original document is to “create PC / computer games for customers low or free”. The nature of the business is listed as “scientific”.
