Austrian Princess Maria Petrovna Galitzine died after suffering a “sudden” cardiac aneurysm in Houston on May 4. She was 31. The princess, who is a descendant of Emperor Karl I and Zita de Borbon-Parma, was married to Indian-origin chef Rishi Singh.
The news of Princess Maria’s death was confirmed after an obituary was published in The Houston Chronicle on Wednesday, Fox News reports.
“Our Maria passed away in the Houston morning of Monday, May 4th, 2020, from a sudden cardiac aneurysm. She was born in 1988 to Prince and Princess Piotr Galitzine in the city of Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,” the obituary said.
