Rahmael Holt has been found guilty in the fatal shooting of New Kensington police Officer Brian Shaw nearly two years ago.
A Westmoreland County jury found Rahmael Holt guilty on all counts, including murder of a law enforcement officer in the first degree. Jury deliberations lasted just over an hour.
Defense attorney Tim Dawson argued that surveillance video from the scene was not clear enough to identify the shooter.
Holt, who did not testify at the trial, has maintained that he did not fire the shots, according to his attorney.
