Peterson Siyaya (Buisness Man) Wiki – Peterson Siyaya (Buisness Man) Biography
Peterson Siyaya appears to be a National Union of Mineworkers member – who had previously been arrested and later released on charges related to the murder of AMCU members in the North West.
There is very little public information about Siyaya – other than his Instagram account.
It appears he and the former ministers are longtime friends and ANC comrades.
Just days before his car was damaged, Siyaya posted a picture of himself with his friend.
He commented – “I would rather walk with a friend in the dark than alone in the dark.”
It’s not yet known how Siyaya fits into the Gigabas’ marital problems.
Neither Siyaya nor the Gigabas could be reached for comment.
The report also stated that this led to Hawks’ arrest on Friday.
Gigaba spent the Friday night on the police holding the cells, but was released on Saturday with 5000 R bail and gave a brief look at MO’s charge at the Hatfield Magistrates’ Court on Monday on charges of attack and property damage.
This comes after her husband’s friend Peterson Siyaya’s Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon was severely damaged in their homes at Waterkloof Ridge in Pretoria.
During his appearance, Gigaba was not asked to reject both charges. The case was postponed to September 14 for further investigation, and its bail extended until then.
Meanwhile, Hawks spokesman Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi reiterated their participation in Gigaba’s arrest on Monday and said they could justify their actions.
“There is a bigger picture. Based on the information we have, we can justify arrest. We will give feedback to the public at the right time.” Saying Hawks, he said he will not comment on the subject any more.
In its short appearance, Gigaba was represented by advocates Tembeka Ngcukaitobi and Dali Mpofu.
Teaching attorney Victor Nkhwashu told the press outside the court that he wanted to delete his client’s name and said, “well.”
Gigaba also said he challenged his arrest by Hawks.
The 40-year-old boy is said to have experienced anger that allegedly left deep scratches at Mercedes.
The police officer shows that the damage to Siyaya’s car is so severe that it will cost about 500,000 Rubles to be repaired.
The Sunday Times also claimed that Gigaba’s husband’s work had been trashed and called on the phone to threaten and insult Siyaya.
He also brought a complaint of criminal injury to Gigaba.
After her husband became ANC deputy in 1999, she served as minister of interior affairs, public enterprises and finance.
He resigned as a parliamentary and minister under the cloud in November last year. Scandals found that a sex tape was leaking and violated the code of ethics underlying oath by public protector and courts.
Last year, Gigaba was deployed by ANC to a national task force to hold a conference to restart the party’s Youth League and choose new leaders.
