Montana authorities issued an AMBER Alert over the weekend for a 6-month-old baby allegedly abducted by his father, who’s not on his medication.
Infant Lucas James Warner was last seen Saturday at around 3 p.m. in Columbia Falls. According to Fox 5, the Montana Department of Justice issued the AMBER Alert on Saturday night, at around 11:40 p.m.
Police said 19-year-old Hayli Emerson, with the baby’s father, 20-year-old Andrew Lawrence Warner, who had no custody, escaped with Lucas in a white 1998 van with a Montana plate number 720745A. The interior of the truck is red and dark striped.
According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Lawrence Warner is bipolar, drug-free and “in an unknown mental state.”
Warner and Emerson can go to Bob Marshall Wilderness, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wyoming.
