The 1-minute video shows part of the incident involving Harrold, his 14-year-old son, an unidentified woman, and the Arlo SoHo Hotel employee who identifies himself as a manager. Harrold posted the video on December 26, a few hours after the incident occurred. Harrold said that he and his son were staying at the hotel and when the woman came across they came to the lower lobby area to have breakfast.

“This person” lost his iPhone, “Harrold said, and apparently my son magically bought it, which is just ridiculous. This happened for another five minutes, protecting my son from this madman. He scratched me; attacked him and caught him. a boy !!! Watch it again now. ”

The video shows a woman in a mask talking to a manager holding a laptop. Harrold’s son can be heard saying, “This is my phone.” Harrold later said, “You don’t need to explain anything to him,” as the woman asked Harrold to show her her son. He then says to the manager, “He pulled out the bag, that’s me, literally take it back, please.” Harrold then replies, “Are you kidding me? You think it’s the only iPhone made in the world?”

The woman then told Harrold that the “find my iPhone” setting on her phone was turned off and that she was holding her son pointing. The hotel manager then begins to question Harrold, and Harrold says he is not authorized to speak to him. The manager says, “I’m trying to resolve this situation.”

When Harrold said that his son had nothing to do with the woman, “then show me the evidence. It does not go. Show me the proof. “The woman then runs to follow Harrold and his son down a corridor.” I won’t let him get away with my phone. He then gets thrown at Harrold and falls to the ground and tells a security guard to get his phone back. The video ends with the woman who pushed Harrold.

“This happens very often,” Harrold said in his Instagram post. It needs to stop !!! If anyone knows this person, please tag or DM. “Earlier in this post,” I hate that I have to post this !!! I’m angry !!! We see this shit happening all the time, but when it comes home it’s different !!! I usually try to keep everything positive, but nothing positive about this video. ”

Harrold wrote on Instagram: “This lady is not even a guest at the hotel. He left the hotel on 23 December; today is the 26th. Now watch as the manager defends the lady who is not even a hotel guest, insisting and attempting to use management authority to force my son to show this random lady her phone. It actually strengthened it !!! In fact, he didn’t even think about the fact that we were guests! ”

“Think about the trauma my son has to bear right now, he’s just coming downstairs for box day brunch with his dad,” Harrold said.
