He ate at the restaurant on Sunday and returned Tuesday after realizing he had been charged twice for a $ 13.11 meal of chicken, corn, cookies and apple pies.


According to Tennessean, Staggs spoke by phone with a manager who told him to return to the Columbia store to get a refund.
Rocky McElhaney, executive director and senior lawyer at the law firm that represents her, said: ‘When she got there, the manager treated her with hostility and anger.
Separate images taken inside the restaurant show Staggs and employees arguing before the physical altercation occurred. There are conflicting reports of what was said.
In the audio, the man who films says: “You are in the wrong place saying the word N”.
A racial insult is not heard in the images and Staggs, who is white, denies using the word N.
The video of the attack quickly went viral with images that show people chasing Staggs outside the restaurant. It is then beaten by the body by a man who is now believed to be Hughes.
