According to court documents, the sexual assault allegedly occurred when the alleged victim was staying in Dionne’s house with his two children for a sleepover. As the girl slept on the couch, Dionne allegedly went over to her and asked her if she wanted to touch and kiss his penis. He also allegedly took pictures of her chest and caressed her naked body and bum – twice.

According to NBC Connecticut after Dionne asked the girl if she wanted to see his penis, the girl said No and that Dionne told her not to tell anyone, “I’ll have to go to jail and (my daughter) won’t have a daddy.”

The station reported that Dionne’s version of events were different. He claimed that when he came home from a night out he found the 10-year-old awake When he sat on the couch with the girl started to rub his stomach. Dionne told cops that he told her, “That’s big girl stuff.” At that point, Dionne says the girl started to cry.

It is alleged that Dionne was having an affair with the victim’s mother. The victim’s mother, who has not been named, took the stand and described her affair with Dionne as a “sexting relationship.” However, Dionne’s wife testified that the aspiring TV star informed her it was a physical affair.

Dionne was arrested in January 2018, according to the report. He has maintained his innocence, telling police in November 2017 that he did interact with the child that night, but claimed that she put her arms around him and began to rub his stomach, at which point he claimed that he pushed her away and told her her actions were “inappropriate.”

Dionne was sentenced to seven years in prison — which will be suspended after three years served — and 10 years of probation following his release, the documents read. He will be required to register as a sexual offender, The Day of New London reported, and also adhere to a criminal protective order that prohibits him from contacting the victim for the remainder of his life.
