Who is the White House Saffer?
First of all, why would it go all the way to Don McGahn, WH Counsel? It clearly wasn’t some low-level staffer. To get something like that redacted takes someone with clout. Oh and Hope Hicks left the WH around the same time Brennan Hart left GSA.

The name of the White House staffer was redacted from the March 2018 report, which was obtained via a Freedom of Information Act request. The staffer declined to be interviewed by GSA inspectors, saying that any meeting would need to be first approved by White House counsel, according to the report.
