Who is Brandt Osborn?

Three men have been arrested over the deaths of a model and a designer in Los Angeles, DailyMail.com can reveal.

David Pearce, 37, Brandt Osborn 42, and Mike Ansbach, 47, were booked on suspicion of felony offenses in connection with the shocking deaths last month of model Christy Giles, 24, and interior designer Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, 26.

A cloud of suspicion has hung for weeks over the three men who were allegedly the last to see the women alive.

Phone location data showed Giles and Arzola went back to Pearce’s apartment near Beverly Hills with the three men in the early hours of November 13 after an East LA warehouse party

Arrested and Charged

About 12 hours later, the women’s cold bodies were dumped in two hospitals by men in ski masks driving a black Toyota Prius without license plates, captured on CCTV according to Giles’ husband, Jan Cilliers.

A car matching the Prius was photographed parked in Pearce’s driveway after the incident.

Giles was pronounced dead shortly after she was found, and Arzola passed away on November 28 after being in a coma for two weeks.

Pearce has been charged with manslaughter. He was arrested at 11 a.m. Wednesday by the LAPD West Office and is being held in a department jail.

Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department booking records obtained by DailyMail.com show that he is being held on a $ 1 million bond.

Pearce’s roommate, Osborn, 42, was arrested shortly thereafter at 12:30 p.m. the same day and posted a $ 100,000 bond.

Ansbach was arrested at 11:10 a.m. Wednesday and held on $ 100,000 bond.

The two men are charged with complicity in murder.

Cilliers told DailyMail.com that he, his wife’s family and Arzola’s family “would like anyone with more information about them to come forward and speak to LAPD as soon as possible.”

The heartbroken 41-year-old husband said he was “relieved” that the men he believes killed his wife have been arrested, but he is eager for the district attorney to prosecute the case.

Text messages from Giles’ phone show that the mystery surrounding the two women’s deaths can be reduced to just six fateful minutes around 5 a.m. on Nov. 13.

Cilliers said CCTV for the party shows Giles and Arzola hanging out with the men in the early hours.

At 5:30 a.m., location data from Giles’ phone placed her in Pearce’s upstairs duplex apartment on West Olympic Boulevard near Beverly Hills when she texted Arzola with a very eyes emoji. open, apparently showing discomfort.

Hilda replied ‘Yes. I’ll call an Uber. 10 minutes.

Ansbach was arrested at 11:10 a.m. Wednesday and held on $ 100,000 bond.

At 5.36 a.m. M., A friend named Eddie, who was at the official after party the girls had planned to go to, texted Christy: “Where are you?”

The reading receipts show that Christy never read the text, or anyone else after that, and Uber records show that the women never got into his cab.

Cilliers believes that in those six minutes, something happened to his wife and his friend that left them incapacitated.

Victim

The men were interviewed by the police within hours of Giles’s death and allegedly admitted to police that they took the girls home from the warehouse party, claimed the women took drugs and overdosed, and took them away. immediately to the emergency room.

But it wasn’t until 12 hours after Giles stopped responding to his text messages, around 5 p.m. on Saturday the 13th, that CCTV at the Hospital of Southern California in Culver City showed men wearing masks and Hats approaching in a black Toyota Prius with no license plate. and dumping Christy’s body, and another two hours before Hilda was dropped off at the nearby Kaiser Permanente hospital in West LA.

Arzola’s family said her toxicology report found heroin in her system. A toxicology report from Giles has not yet been released.

Both women’s families say they were dead against heroin and believe it was imposed on Pearce’s apartment.

When approached by DailyMail.com outside West Olympic’s apartment last month, Osborn declined to comment, claiming that he had been the victim of “defamation.”

Pearce did not respond to requests for comment.

Neighbors told DailyMail.com earlier this month that the men appeared to be leaving their upstairs duplex when they were spotted loading a moving truck.
