According to reports the Westgate Mall shooting suspect Armando Hernandez is arrested and in police custody.

A gunman wielding an AR-15 shot at least three people at an Arizona shopping mall and uploaded footage of himself during the attack to Snapchat.
Police received reports of shots fired at the Westgate Entertainment Center in Glendale at about 7.25 pm local time Wednesday.
Arizona State Senator Martin Quezada was at the Westgate Entertainment District, which is one of the Valley’s most popular destinations, at the time of the incident. The Arizona senator tweeted, “I just witnessed an armed terrorist with an AR-15 shoot up Westgate. There are multiple victims.”
Quezada, who’s served in the state senate representing District 29 since 2015, said in a second tweet, “I saw 2 victims with my own eyes. Not sure how many others I saw the shooter. Being told not to say anything else about details ’til I speak to police. I’m ok. Lots of shaken up people.”

Westgate Mall shooting Video Footage
The disturbing footage, believed to have been recorded by Hernandez, showed a gunman carrying out his rampage.
He says: ‘Hello, my name is Armando Junior Hernandez and I’m gonna be the shooter of Westgate 2020.’
He flashes a beer can before showing off guns and ammunition in the backseat of his car.
‘Let’s get this done,’ he adds.
Terrified shoppers were filmed running for their lives away from the gunman and shouting: ‘It’s a shooting.’
Hernandez’ mother, who was in a flood of tears in the parking lot, revealed the gunman’s identity to local media on the scene.
She drove to Westgate when her younger son told her ‘Armando’s going crazy’, 12News anchor Mitch Carr reported.
Officer Tiffany Ngalula did not confirm the identity of the shooter Wednesday evening but did say police are aware of the video circulating on social media.
The suspect was filmed surrendering to police in the parking lot.
Westgate Mall shooting Victims
One of those injured is in critical condition. The two others were expected to survive following the shooting near a popular shopping and entertainment district west of Phoenix. None of the victims have been named.
The 20-year-old previously attended Raymond Kellis High School, which is over the road from the popular entertainment hub.
A former classmate of Hernandez described him as ‘troubled’ and ‘anti-government’.
During a press briefing, Officer Tiffany Ngalula of the Glendale Police announced that police would be doing a full second search of Westgate Entertainment District. Authorities want to ensure the safety of the area and make sure there aren’t more injured persons that need assistance.
Police said there were three victims so far. One remained in critical condition and was transported to a local hospital. “We don’t have any reports that anyone has passed,” Ngalula said.
