Aneel Mussarat wiki: Aneel was ranked the 466th richest person in the United Kingdom and 21st richest Asian in the UK in 2007 by the Sunday Times. He is the founder of MCR Property Group.
After completing high school, Aneel started to buy, renovate and rent out properties in Manchester that were within the range of £10,000 upwards. Aneel worked dedicatedly in his “buy to let” business and Aneel developed important contacts with the stakeholders of his business. His hard work and commitment earned him good name and reputation among his business peers. Aneel moved up the ladder with time and started, constructing and renting out properties through a Private Limited Company named as “Classic Homes”. Due to his success in the private housing market, Aneel’s interest expanded into the commercial sector. Aneel also specialized in student residences in Manchester, most notably he undertook the “Student Villages” project. He is also famous by the title of “Student Housing Magnate”.
Cheshire-based Mussarat has helped fund and is close friends with the serving Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan.
Affiliation with PTI & Pakistani Establishment
Aneel Mussarat became affiliated with Pakistan based political party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in 2012 and has done considerable fundraising for them in the United Kingdom. Aneel Mussarat also invested in real estate projects back by senior generals in the Pakistan Army. This includes Defence Housing Authority and Bahria Town. Pakistan Army’s former blue-eyed developer Malik Riaz who over the years dodge land grabbing accusations was replaced by Aneel Mussarrat who in return for investing in “Naya Pakistan Housing Society” was promised prime real estate in several areas across the country. Aneel Mussarat also donated 750,000-pound sterling to Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar’s “Dam Fund” and was assured of immunity for any present or future lawsuits. Aneel Mussarat also hosted Saqib Nisar and his family in London and housed them in one of the most expensive hotels in London for several weeks. He is also rumored to have partially paid for Saqib Nisar’s son’s education in London
