Adam Curtis Williams Victims
Police discovered the bodies of James and Michelle Butler of Rumney in a shallow grave on a beach near Corpus Christi on Oct. 27 and 28. Their family in New Hampshire waited days for their bodies to be identified.
Authorities said the body of a female had been exposed. They secured the area and waited until the following morning to do a full search of the area. That’s when they found the second body, a male.
Officials declined to definitively identify the badly decomposed bodies as the couple until Friday evening.
Their deaths have been ruled homicides. Authorities said they would not release the manner of their deaths because the details were important to the investigation.
